SpotGo one of our club sponsors is producing an ad for TV and would like to have kids involved from our club, simply fill in this form below, and a representative from SpotGo will be in touch if you are successfully chosen.

Conditions of Entry:
- The child is aged between 10 and 12, male or female
- The parent must consent to the entry
- Filming of the ad is on either 22nd or 23rd June 2021
- Filming will take place at Jilliby
- As it is on a Tuesday or Wednesday your child will need to take the day off school.
- The parent must be in attendance at all times
- This is a non-payable role
