As grass-roots football continues to grow, clubs like Woongarrah FC are relying more on paid positions to operate efficiently. With the increased demands on families, parents often find it challenging to balance work, family time, and community volunteering like they could 10-15 years ago.
Over time, the number of committee members able to help has dwindled, making it harder to maintain the high standard that Woongarrah FC is known for.
That’s why we're expanding our paid roles to ensure our club continues to thrive and provide the best experience for our players, coaches, and families. For years, we’ve had key positions like our Grounds Coordinator, Cadet Referee Coordinator, and outsourced canteen management.
Now, we're looking to fill the following paid positions for 2025:
Football Operations Manager
Grounds Co-Ordinator
Official Table Co-Ordinator
Cadet Referee Co-Ordinator
